New PatientTrak Study – Patient Satisfaction is Highly Correlated to Lobby Wait Time

We are pleased to publish a new case study that proves a direct link between lobby wait time and overall patient satisfaction.  PatientTrak is built on helping our customers measure, monitor and improve patient satisfaction and this new study shows how important wait time is for their patients. Star ratings show a full point decrease with every additional ten minutes of lobby wait time beyond the average 42-minute lobby wait time.
