Catawba Valley Medical Center Selects PatientTrak for Surgical Text Messaging

Catawba Valley Medical Center (CVMC) in Hickory, NC has chosen PatientTrak’s Text Messaging Solution for sending communications to family members of patients undergoing surgery.  “Keeping patients and their family members updated with the latest status information is a key to patient satisfaction,” says, PatientTrak President James Hermann.  “Our customers rely on our solutions to measure, monitor, and improve patient satisfaction and we are excited to see CVMC using our solutions with such great success.”
